Jul 14, 2010 The RC200 Radial Coat Valve, newly Resilient Seated Gate Valves launched by PVA (Precision Valve & Automation, Inc.), sprays low viscosity fluids onto the inside walls of a cylinder to create a layer of coating. It integrates PVA's front closing valve technology, to start and stop fluid flow, with an air motor to spin the coating nozzle. Further expanding the capabilities of the valve are a wide range ofCheck Valves coating nozzles that can be used for various size cylinders. In addition, a simple controlled motion in the vertical axis can be performed to coat wider areas of a cylinder. The RC200 is available for all new PVA2000 and PVA650 machines, orSafety Valves can be integrated into existing automation.
