Jul 14, 2010 The RC200 Radial Coat Valve, newly Resilient Seated Gate Valves launched by PVA (Precision Valve & Automation, Inc.), sprays low viscosity fluids onto the inside walls of a cylinder to create a layer of coating. It integrates PVA's front closing valve technology, to start and stop fluid flow, with an air motor to spin the coating nozzle. In addition, a simple controlled motion in the vertical axis can be performed to coat wider areas of a cylinder. The RC200 is available for all new PVA2000 and PVA650 machines, orSafety Valves can be integrated into existing automation.
